ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION: Every individual that requires a Notary Public Acknowledgment of their signature must present one of the following forms of identification:

• California Driver’s License
• California Identification Card
• Out Of State Driver’s License
• Out Of State Identification Card
• Canadian Driver’s License
• Mexican Driver’s License
• U.S. Passport
• Foreign Passport(Stamped by USCIS)
• U.S. Military ID Card
• Inmate ID Card

All of the ID’s listed above must contain a photograph, a physical description, a signature and a serial or identification #
Keep in mind that these forms of identification must be current or have been issued by the relevant body within the last five years. 

🚘 TRAVEL FEES: Traveling Fees are still due if signing does not occur for any reason when Notary arrives, or if appointment is cancelled 60 minutes or less prior to scheduled time. Please be sure to cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment.
